Deep within a forgotten swamp, where fog clings to the air and moonlight shines through moss-lined trees lives a soft-spoken cryptid catgirl known as Clovetail. She’s rarely seen and never heard, but known through the sketches and charms she leaves behind. They say she was born from the swamp itself - a creature grown from garlic roots and cattails with magic in her fingertips. Some believe she is a protective spirit conjured by the mire to protect lost wanderers. Clovetail has always kept her distance from the world beyond the wetland, but the swamp has been shifting since the day she discovered an old, half-sunken satchel that contained a worn sketchbook filled with odd yet delicate drawings, and pigments made from herbs, petals, and mushrooms. Lately, the fog has grown restless and the winds carry strange whispers. Clovetail, once hidden, has started leaving behind drawings and handmade charms in strange places. as though something is pulling her closer to world she’s been trying to avoid.
